Lipedema is a medical condition. What follows is about comfort and appearance alongside medical care — never instead of it.
What people live with
Lipedema is vascular, inflammatory and progressive, and it overloads the lymphatic system. It brings pain, chronic swelling, heaviness, and fat distribution in the legs that is out of proportion with the rest of the body — and that does not respond to diet or exercise, which is what makes it so often misunderstood as a failure of willpower.
How the protocol works
Deep detoxification comes first and is not optional: reducing the overall load is what allows fluid to drain without adding to the pain. From there the work is on relieving inflammation, reducing lymphatic oedema and acting against fibrosis. The goal is mobility and comfort in daily life. Anyone with lipedema should be under the care of a doctor, and this protocol belongs beside that care.
Protocols
Two protocols, and the order matters: the basic one first, always after a Detox. Both belong beside medical care, never instead of it.
